This two-bedroom, dog friendly, cottage is comprised of a master double bedroom, bunk bedroom, family bathroom, open plan kitchen, living & dining area. Off the back of the kitchen, it has a lovely balcony that is perfect for enjoying a warm summer evening. The cottage has been converted to an ‘upside down house’ to make the most of the spectacular views over the waterway from your 1st floor living room and kitchen.

Lots of good walking opportunities from the property, such as a short walk to Neyland Marina, paths onto the Castle park. On the marina they do provide boat trips and cycle hire. The cottage is a short drive to some of the beautiful beaches of Pembrokeshire, such as Angle and Freshwater West.
The Surroundings
Neyland is a small, coastal town in Pembrokeshire around 9 miles from Haverfordwest. There are many convenient shops, bars and cafes in the town centre and along the marina. From here, you can join the cycle path and explore Pemrboekshire to your heart’s content.
A short drive in the car will take you to some of Pembrokeshire’s many beautiful beaches such as Barafundel Bay, Freshwater West or the coastal resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot can be reached in 25 minutes. Local attractions such as Folly Farm and Oakwood Them Park are also just a short drive away.
One of Pembrokeshire’s hidden gems is a beach in Marloes called Musselwick Sands. It is a 30 min drive away but it will not disappoint. This beach requires a small walk across the coastal path, then you walk down some steps to the beach. Make sure to check the tide times.

A characterful little cottage in a very convenient location for enjoying Pembrokeshire’s many delights - we cycled to Haverfordwest on the Brunel trial from just in front of the cottage - which is lovely to do; we made several visits to nearby Barafundle Bay, arguably Pembrokeshire’s best beach; and we also discovered the fabulous beaches at Broadhaven and Littlehaven, just a short drive away. The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious, decorated to a high standard and kitted out with everything you need. We love the upside down orientation which a fantastic view from the lounge. Neyland itself is adequate without being inspiring. Our tip is to avoid the fish and chip shop and opt instead for takeaway Chinese or seafood and a drink at The Bar just down the hill by the boatyard. Parking is a little bit tight, but overall a fantastic property for exploring Pembrokeshire.

We loved our stay in Neyland. The house has a magical view over the marina and the sunrises and sunsets were stunning. It is the perfect base to explore Pembrokeshire. We will definitely return!

This cottage exceeded our expectations, it was beautifully presented, immaculately clean and felt very welcoming. It was a perfect space for our family of four (we have older teenage daughters). A great location for exploring the local area too, we’d also recommend eating at The Bar and The Alumchine, both of which are walkable, delicious food at both!! Thank you

The view, location and space are amazing. The property had been locked up over winter so needed a little TLC but Sophie, Emma & the team at Netlet put everything right and were great hosts.
Well furnished & a lovely property.

A very lovely, spacious “little” cottage. We spent a week there, everything was just great. The location is ideal for travelling around, had stayed further North previously, and it was just too much of a drive for most of the things we wanted to do. The layout of the cottage is fantastic with some lovely views across the water. Overall, a highly recommended holiday home in an absolutely beautiful part of the world.
Thank you.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we hoped for. What a fabulous view of the marina and a lovely sunny terrace out of the back. We hope to return next year!

Expensive for what you get The location of the property on the harbour was great.
I think this property was extremely over priced. The flooring by the bedrooms need attention as I woke my son up every time I went to the bathroom after he was in bed. The town has very little to offer so expect to travel around a lot. Parking is a daily issue. My wife had to clean everything in the kitchen and all utensils were swimming in oil in the drawers? You also have to feel for the old lady next door not know who is turning up day in day out.

Loved the location and facilities pity about some of the items on my list. The cottage was beautiful and in a great location. I was comfortable and relaxed
The cottage was beautiful with just some problems with cleanliness. The shower was not clean for example the soap tray was covered in soap!!!! The shower trap was filthy. Some of the utensils were not clean. Also I had to vacuum because of the obvious dog hairs in the living room and elsewhere. And although I happily engaged with the neighbours particularly lovely Beth some were extremely rude demanding I park my car in a different place which I did of course.

This is a lovely cottage for a family of four or less. Its great and different as it is an upside down house. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge are all upstairs where the view is best seen from the lounge window. It even has a window seat. The kids if you bring them can argue over the sturdy bunk beds, plenty of length to them as my 6ft son slept well in them. The double bed was a bit of a squeeze for us as we are used to a king size bed at home, great view from the bedroom window too. Downstairs like I said two bedrooms and a large bathroom, the shower has great pressure, felt refreshed afterwards. Upstairs next to the kitchen is a balcony area which we used enjoying the sunshine and the peace and quite, below the balcony you can access a patio area with seating via the bathroom. trust me (well you don't know me) book up and see for yourselves, enjoy.
The Tee family from Gloucester.

A comfortable cottage in a good location. Very handy for exploring the Pembrokeshire area. As it is an upside down living arrangement with a few angled steep stairs it may not suit those less able. We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay here with lovely views of the river and a small balcony on the back for enjoying the afternoon sunshine.

Fab cottage The location of this cottage was fab. The layout of the cottage makes the most of the gorgeous views. For a cottage it was not small like I thought it would of been. Very clean and tidy.

The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable for me but other than that all was good.
