The Property

7 Waterstone House is a seafront self catering two bedroom apartment that sleeps 4, in the delightful little harbour town and seaside resort of Tenby.

The apartment is finished with modern fixtures, integrated appliances and an open plan living area, with a fully equipped kitchen that has all you need to make your stay here feel like a home from home.

A Master kingsize bedroom and ensuite shower room, as well as a twin room (beds can be set to a double if requested), both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes with access to sea view balconies, and a beautiful family bathroom.

The apartment benefits from floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that open up to breath-taking views across the glorious South Beach and Tenby golf course, and allows each room to be filled with natural light.

The Exterior

Secure doors lead into this modern development and its well maintained communal areas. The apartment is on the first floor with access via a lift. Each Waterstone House apartments has a single, marked parking space available which is only accessible to residents. If you plan on bringing multiple cars, there is a pay and display car park nearby.

The Surroundings

Just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, the beautiful South Beach is a mile and a half of gorgeous unspoiled golden sand beaches, great for morning strolls and days out with the family.

The South Beach Bar & Grill serve food all day which is ideal for a glass of something refreshing on your way back from a long day on the beach. Tenby town centre is only a little further away on foot, where you will find a wide variety of places to eat, coffee shops, pubs, gift shops and galleries. You will also find another two blue flag beaches within walking distance of your sea front self catering accommodation; North Beach and Castle Beach – both definitely worth a visit.

Once you have familiarised yourself with Tenby, it is time to explore what else Pembrokeshire has to offer. You might find yourself walking along a section of the 186 mile long coastal path, or visiting another of the county’s spectacular beaches.
